The theme of the retreat was "Created for Community." Amy was able to be a small group leader. After times of quiet reflection and Bible readings, the group would meet to discuss, share and pray. It was a special blessing to be able to serve by leading this wonderful group of women.

in answer to your question, Dad had a small stroke 2/25/10. He came home Thurs., one day earlier then Mom and I expected. (he's back on his e-mail, and though I saw your e-mail fly by as he was scrolling, I don't know if he will answer.) Bud called last night for info, and ended up talking to Dad instead. He slurs when he gets tired and needs to work on balance, other then that, for 86 he's good.
